Dr. Cooper graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida in 2011. He practiced 5 years in a Sports-based practice primary clinic for professional athletes, NFL being the biggest group.
He served in the army for 8 years and was a first responder at the Pentagon at 9/11. Dr. Cooper said the outpouring of support from everyone was amazing.
He was a Drill Sergeant in Ft Jackson, South Carolina, in the infantry, MOS paratrooper, deployed small team Baghdad 06-07- for army indigenous force, Iraq national police. Dr. Cooper said deployment was most wonderful growth experience ever for him.
The Graston Technique, that Dr. Cooper often uses, is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently.
